The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay 10% of the total price if he cancels between 14 and 10 days before the arrival date, 20% of the total price if he cancels between 9 and 4 days before the arrival date and 40% if he cancels between 3 days and the day of arrival or does not show up. In all these cases the cancellation fee will be applied for a maximum of 5 days.
Once the check-in has been processed, during the accommodation period the client can cancel his stay and leave earlier than planned but a charge of 20% of the daily accommodation amount will be applied for each missing day until the reserved departure date with a maximum of 5 days.
