The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 25 days before the arrival date, it will be 15 days before the arrival date if it is before July 10 or after September 20.
The client will have to pay 15% of the total price if he cancels between 25 and 15 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total price if he cancels between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date and 50% if he cancels between 3 days and the day of arrival or does not show up. In all these cases the cancellation fee will be applied for a maximum of 7 days.
Once the check-in has been processed, during the accommodation period the client can cancel his stay and leave earlier than planned but a charge of 60% of the daily accommodation amount will be applied for each missing day until the reserved departure date with a maximum of 7 days; additionally, if the total days of stay are less than 7 days, a cleaning supplement of €19.80 will also be applied in the one-room apartment and €24.20 in the two-room apartment.
